Ordering
You can call, email or use the checkout on the website to place an order with us. Need help? We are always happy take calls (during business hours) for any questions, concerns, or advice you may have in regards to the styles we offer instore or on the website. Our telephone number is 02 9798 3233. Sometimes you may feel unsure about size or quality. We will always answer your questions honestly. Not all styles in our store are on the website. If your looking for a particular item or brand, call us and we can post it out to you. It’s that easy!

Pre-Ordering
By popular demand from eager customers we seasonally release certain collections for pre-order via the website before we receive stock from our suppliers, in the week/s just prior to delivery. When ordering pre-sale styles on the website, please note that we will pack and post your whole order within 24hrs of us receiving the pre-order style instore.

Pricing
All pricing at My Messy Room is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. My Messy Room reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

Gifts & Gift Wrapping
We're pretty awesome at giving awesome gifts at My Messy Room - whether they be for babies, kids, parents or friends. We are always available to help you put together the perfect gift that's sure to get an appreciative wow from your recipient! Both instore and online we gift wrap for free, and at the checkout you can enter your own customised message and your recipient's address - making light work of thoughtful, clever and super cute gifts. 

Shipping & Handling - We ship on Tuesdays & Thursdays, for urgent orders please call the store.
My Messy Room is based in Sydney Australia, our online store offers shipping calculators at the checkout for users to select express and regular shipping options to destinations in Australia and New Zealand. International residents are most welcome to enquire via email about rates for International shipping on specific products - and we will respond with a weight and quote.
Please note that express shipping is not available on items advertised as Pre-Order. Pre-Ordered items will always be shipped as soon as they are received and unpacked from our suppliers.

Payments
For Australian residents we accept paypal, all major credit cards, money order, direct debit. Once payment has been processed and cleared, your order will be shipped to you.

Order Confirmation via email
Once you have placed an order via our website you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is automatically generated. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made. For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage.
If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.

Product Availability
All our styles advertised should be in stock. Very occasionally we may unexpectedly run out of a style and if this happens, we will refund you. If the item is due to come in within the week, we will ship your order the same day our stock arrives. Any later, you will be notified and refunded.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched. You may cancel or make changes to your order via email, or by phoning the office during our specified business hours. Please see below for our Exchange Policy.

Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange for change of mind as long as its within 5 days of purchase and the item is in its original package, is unworn and with tags still attached.
Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will refund you via your paypal account. You will be refunded for the amount you paid for the item, excluding all postage costs. Faulty Items and Damages: All items are thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you. However if you receive any products that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or refund. Misplaced Orders
All orders are sent using Australia Post and can be tracked using eparcel. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time contact us and we will track it for you.

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of My Messy Room.
My Messy Room does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the mymessyroom.com.au website. Your credit card details are processed by paypal through the website, which is linked to our banks merchant account.
